Our SWAP services are created for shorter time of service than Repair services and mean exchange of faulty elements sent by a customer for ones taken from the TeleMobile Electronics stock. We possess a well-provisioned stock which lets our customers be fully satisfied with our services. In the case of long-termed contracts or contracts concerning large quantity of units a customer can be supplied in a relatively short time (from 3 up to 10 days).
Our SPA/SPM services give our customer the possibility to obtain 365 days a year a working element where it is vital or in an agreed hand-over or drop-off point although the customer does not own any spare part stock. We own the spare parts and organize warehousing and logistics. Spare parts are regularly reviewed and adjusted to customer's needs.
TeleMobile is able to handle, package, warehouse and distribute the repaired units by the special customer's request. This unique logistics service lets us shorten the TAT and make our clients more satisfied.
