PLAY ordered 3G RNO services from TeleMobile Consulting.

( 3G RNO Project for PLAY )

PLAY - the fourth wireless operator in Poland - choosed TeleMobile Consulting for the 3G Radio Network Planning Projects in north of Poland area. TMC provide RNO with transmission planning servicess.

Nortel Networks worked with TeleMobile Consulting for 3G Optimization projects in Poland and Slovakia.

( 3G Optimization Project for Orange )

Nortel Networks choosed TeleMobile Consulting for the 3G Optimization Projects in Poland and Slovakia. TMC provide Drive Test solution as well as Optimization support for Base Tunning activities which take places on that projects.

Alcatel France to invate TeleMobile Consulting for cooperation into the 3G Optimization Project in Paris City area. Plaques and Clusters Optimization activities was the main issues taking by the TMC.

Alcatel choosed TeleMobile Consulting and to joined us to its 3G Optimization Team. We worked together for Orange France. We were provided optimization services on the core Paris city area.

TeleMobile Consulting were cooperate with Ericsson Network Consulting - in Portugal. Main activity was directly connected with "Turnkey Project" provaided for local operator - TMN - ( Portugal Telecommunications Group).

Ericsson choosed TeleMobile Consulting and to joined us to Ericsson Network Consulting Team. We worked together for Turnkey Project for TMN - local operator (Portugal Telecommunications Group).

Our egnineers provided optimization services on several areas across Portugal:

• Quality Improvement & Capacity Project for Leiria BSC area (Headquarter - Lisbon),

• Performance Improvement Project for Arganil BSC area (Headquarter - Lisbon),

• Turnkey Project : System Performance Improvement Project for Grande Porto BSC's areas (Branch Office - Porto).

TeleMobile Consulting sign in the contract with nationwide wireless operator in Austria - Tele.ring . Our responsibility to include : Planning BSS Parameters and Wireless GSM 1800/GPRS Network Optimization tasks.

TeleMobile Consulting was provided consultancy services for Tele.ring - BSS Parameters Planning & Optimisation Team.

Our experience to helped us with successfully finished following projects:

• frequency plans, retunes and quality improvement project for northern region of Austria,

• Statistics Data proces coordination project - PERL and TSL/TQL scripting based A985-NPA database (BSS v.6.2),

• Key Performance Indicators definition project,

• The Worst Cell Ranking Tool - ranking parameters choosing, settings , tool designing and finaly development project - tool based on Oracle and MsAccess database.

OPTIMUS choosed TeleMobile Consulting and to joined us into BigLisbon Optimisation Team. Our optimization experience to help Optimus reach the best KPI's in that area - compare the competitors.

Ericsson USA commit with TeleMobile Consulting tree projects. The field for those projects was Powertel's PCS/GPRS wireless network (in east-south part of United States).

Ericsson US choosed TeleMobile Consulting and to joined us to Ericsson Consultancy Team. We worked together for PCS/GPRS operator - Powertel Inc. (VoiceStream Group).

Our egnineers provided several projects :

• Synthesizer Frequency Hopping - Implementation Project (Louisville - Kentucky),

• Technical Analysis and documentation preparation for Digiph Mobile Network (Headquarter - WestPoint - Georgia),

• System Performance Project for Alabama Radio Network (Birmingham - Alabama).

During more than two years of cooperation with PTC "era" we were participated with several important & strategic projects. Our responsibility was planning & optimization wireless network GSM 900/1800 and GPRS.

During two years work we provided several projects :

• Coverage Project  - expanding coverage and quality improvement of GSM network in areas with difficult land shape and land type,

• Dual Band Project - increasing capacity of existing GSM900 network by expansion to GSM900/1800; selection of sites to expand, choosing suitable dual band antenna system configuration,

• SeaSide Project - increasing capacity of GSM network on Baltic Sea coast, including single- and dual-band base stations, micro base stations,

• Coverage expansion by using active repeaters - indoor and outdoor solutions.
